Simply put, our purpose is to help birds!
Did you know the North American bird population overall is in decline? According to landmark research by researchers at Cornell University and others we've lost nearly 3 billion birds since 1970.
Many factors contribute to the decline including habitat loss, climate change, predators, collisions, and other factors.
If we all did just a little to help, we can make a difference over the long term.

We help birds by inspiring the next generation of citizen scientists and bird enthusiasts to get involved.
We believe one of the greatest untapped opportunities is the next generation of birders, primarily today's diverse youth.
Our approach is to inspire this next generation of the birding community to become active members of the ecosystem.
This "Next Gen" can and will be a huge help to birds, nature, and the environment.

What we do
Currently we sell nest boxes and other fun educational materials. We use a portion of our profits to donate nest boxes to schools and other spaces to encourage broader more diverse participation in bird conservation. In addition to donating nest boxes we may also donate funds to other birding and conservation related causes.
Installing a next box is a fun and easy way for people of all ages to get involved and help birds- and it is a perfect family activity as well. After all, we started with a nest box in our yard during the pandemic.
Nest boxes provide a habitat for certain types of birds (cavity nesters) to lay eggs and have babies! When you install a nest box in your space, you're an active part of the bird lifecycle!
